What this site does not do

This site does not require registration or login. It does not collect names, addresses, company information, driver information, audit notices, or uploaded records. It does not run advertising networks or social media tracking pixels. It does not sell, rent, or share personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand basic site usage, such as page views, traffic sources, browser type, device type, and general geographic region. Google Analytics does not give the site operator access to your name, trucking company, DOT number, driver records, audit documents, or form submissions. You can learn more in Google's privacy policy and can use browser settings or extensions to limit analytics measurement.

Browser-only tools

The audit readiness score tool and any interactive checklist features run entirely in your browser. Answers and selections are not transmitted to any server and are not stored beyond your current browser session unless your browser's local storage retains them. Clearing your browser's site data removes any locally stored state.

Cookies

This site does not set first-party cookies for tracking or personalization. Cloudflare, which provides hosting and security infrastructure for this site, may set cookies or use other browser mechanisms as part of its platform services — for example, to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic. These are governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Hosting and infrastructure

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's systems process standard web request data — such as IP addresses, browser user agents, and request timestamps — as part of normal infrastructure operation. This data is handled according to Cloudflare's privacy policy and is not accessible to or controlled by the site operator in identifiable form.

Contact email

If you send a message to hello@dotauditprep.com, the information in that message is used only to respond to your inquiry. Email messages are retained as long as the correspondence thread is relevant and are not shared with third parties. Do not send private driver records, medical documents, insurance documents, or audit notices by email unless you have a secure process and a specific reason to do so.

This site links to external sources such as eCFR.gov, FMCSA.dot.gov, and other official agency websites. Visiting those sites is governed by their own privacy policies, which the site operator does not control.

California residents

This site does not sell personal information. It does not collect personal information beyond what is described in this policy. California residents have the right to request information about personal data held about them; because this site does not collect personal information in the ordinary course of operation, there is typically nothing to report.
